1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped. Please note that processing times may be slightly delayed during high-volume periods such as sales, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

We offer free standard shipping on all orders across the United States.

  • Standard Shipping: 5 to 8 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 2 to 4 business days (at additional cost)

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather conditions, carrier issues, or other unexpected disruptions.

3. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours. You can use this number to monitor the shipping status of your package.

4. Shipping Locations

Currently, we ship only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. Territories due to carrier restrictions on oversized or fragile items like vanity lights.

5. Damages and Lost Packages

We take great care in packaging and handling your order. However, if your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us immediately.

  • For damaged items, please take clear photographs of the packaging and the product itself.
  • Report the issue within 7 days of delivery to initiate a replacement or refund.

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping details are correct at the time of purchase. Jenni Shop is not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect or outdated address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the item.
